UFCW Local 371 is committed to making sure you get a contract that you are happy with.

We Guarantee that voting for the union does not automatically make you a member, it only authorizes Local 371 to represent you and negotiate your contract.

We Guarantee that you and you co-workers will determine what proposals we ask for in your contract.

We Guarantee that no union contract will be signed until a majority of all employees vote to accept your contract.

We Guarantee that there will be no initiation fee for any employee on the payroll when your contract is signed.

We Guarantee that you will not become a union member until you vote to accept your contract and it is in effect.

We Guarantee that you will not pay any fees or fines to Local 371.

We Guarantee that union dues will be $7 per week for part time emploees, and $9 per week for full-time employees.  You will not pay any union dues until a majority of your coworkers have voted for a union contract.
